Description

The 3M Xtract™ Cubitron™ Filmdisk 775L features a patented 3M™ multi-hole punch that provides better dust extraction when finishing. Part of the 3M Xtract™ series, the optimum in terms of dust removal and performance. Our innovative multi-hole punching provides better dust extraction than five or six-hole products – this improves abrasion and significantly increases service life. With this design it is not necessary to align the holes on the grinding plate, as a result of which changing the disc is quick, easy and comfortable to use. The disc has the 3M precision-shaped ceramic grain, a revolutionary enhancement of abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to cut through the substrate instead of fueling or "plowing" it like conventional abrasives. This means the disc has a twice as fast removal rate and up to six times longer service life compared to standard discs. The foil backing material offers excellent tear resistance and flexibility and allows a uniform and uniform finish on different substrates.These discs are suitable for Ideal for many different applications, which mainly depend on the material removal. The patented multi-hole punching in our 3M Xtract products removes dust faster than five- or six-hole products. This hole design does not have to be aligned with the holes of the grinding disc. This allows quick and easy disc changes. Use this disc together with a 3M Xtract support plate and an exhaust eccentric sander (both sold separately) to ensure optimum dust extraction.
