A current clamp with measurements in the milliampere range is a necessity in today's growing market of 2-wire irrigation systems. The Tempo Communications CMA-360B Pro milliampere clamp meter is suitable for testing and troubleshooting 2-wire cabling for traditional irrigation systems, pump cabling, landscape lighting, and a variety of electrical applications. The auto-range function eliminates the guesswork: Simply set the measuring device to the appropriate position on the dial and easily measure AC voltage, DC voltage, current, milliampere current or ohm. True RMS allows the user to obtain accurate results under "dirty" current conditions, for example by measuring the current consumption of a pump motor. The combination of True RMS with resistance measurement up to 600 kOhm and the current measurement resolution of 1/1000 milliamps (a microampere) provides the ability to find problems that other measuring devices may miss.
