KERATHERM® heat conductive greases are ceramic-filled single component silicones with high thermal conductivity. The non-networked thermal masses do not dry out. The silicone components do not leak from the ground. The long-term stability of KP guarantees full functionality over the entire life of the product. Under normal application conditions, the KERATHERM® heat-conductive paste does not harden, does not dry out and does not melt. If a mixture of the fillers becomes noticeable, the KP's must be thoroughly mixed before use.
