Product description

Description

The cable tongue facilitates the handling at all places, where a cable has to be laid through walls, above ceilings, below floors or anywhere else. The Cable Tongue Pro has a new thread that enables the use of super rod mounts. But that became time, didn't it? There are hundreds of tools in the market that have been developed for cable pulling, and none of them is flat. Have you ever tried to pull cables through the insulation in a wall? Since this tongue is flat, it keeps a straight path through the wall and does not deviate from its route like others. The tongue can be stored either straight or rolled up. Thanks to its specially developed plastic, you can bend and twist it in the desired shape. Thanks to the new thread, Cable Tongue Pro can now be used with a series of Super Rod attachments. In addition, it is supplied with a 11-15 mm Super cable puller, a round guide head and a mini hook. The cable tongue is supplied securely coiled for saving space. Depending on your taste, you can store them in this shape in your tool bag or wrap them into a large screw and attach them with adhesive tape. Experts prefer the latter, because in this way the tongue is still rolled up but better to handle. As a third option, you can also store the cable tab in a Van Roof tube. This keeps the tongue completely straight.

Characteristics

PERFECT DIMENSIONS
The correct length for 99% of all walls
The right thickness (strong yet flexible)
The correct width so that the tongue can slide through the walls and does not drift in a different direction
Application tips
Use the tongue to pull cables through a partition (insulated plasterboard wall with vertical struts), then you will need a hole for tongue entry into the wall and an outlet hole.
Simply push the tongue into the entrance hole and you will notice that thanks to its unique soft and flat shape the tongue simply slides past all the insulations or obstructions in the wall.
As soon as the tab reaches the exit hole, attach your cables to the back of the tongue with adhesive tape. Now you can pull through your cables.
Make sure that the cables are pulled through evenly to prevent damage.
With the Cable Tongue Pro, you can use super rod attachments, in order to make the laying even easier. Simply attach your cable to the Cable Tongue Pro with the help of a Super Cable puller. As such, you no longer need an adhesive tape.
