Description
The Transcend MTE652T M.2 SSD has a PCI Express (PCIe) Gen 3 x4 interface and is compatible with the NVM Express (NVMe) 1.3 specifications, in order to achieve convincing transfer speeds. The MTE652T is equipped with the latest 3D NAND technology, with which 96 layers of 3D NAND flash chips can be stacked vertically. This increase in density significantly improves storage efficiency as compared to 3D NAND on 64 layers. The MTE652T is equipped with a DRAM cache for fast access and is fully tested in-house to ensure reliability in business-critical applications. It has a load capacity of 3K program/erase cycles.
