The noise suppression function of new G18 PRO NC is designed to guarantee clear and interference-free conversations even in the loudest environments. Thanks to the highly modern noise suppression technology the device filters out the background noises and permits it to be heard with the highest comprehension even in intensive ambient noises. This ensures that every conversation is clearly and uninterrupted, improving work efficiency in difficult environments and increasing productivity in situations where attention to detail is critical.
With the help of the Scrambler function, calls can be heard only within a working group "decoded" and the CTCSS/DCS coding excludes others from the outset. Twice as secure as it were! The hands-free function is used wherever both hands are in the process. The transmission time limitation prevents accidental permanent sparks or interrupts continuous calls.

Military-grade reliability
Thanks to MIL-STD-810G testing and water and dust resistance, the G18 Pro can be guaranteed to withstand even the most difficult tests that are typical for use in the most demanding environments.
To obtain MIL-STD-810G certification, the devices must pass a series of tests described below:

Extreme temperatures
To ensure operation at all temperatures, the radios were exposed for more than 48 hours at least -32°C and up to +65°C for more than 4 hours

Rain
The devices are exposed to rain, sprayed from a certain height with water and checked for possible damage

Humidity
The equipment is exposed to humidity cycles of between 58% and 88% within 24 hours.
