Description

The RF probe is a measuring accessory for use with oscilloscopes with an impedance of 1 MΩ. The probe has a divider ratio of 1000:1, which extends the voltage measurement range to 39 kV/DC+ACp or 27 kV/ACrms. The connection is made via a 2 m long measuring cable with BNC plug connector. A separate ground wire with crocodile clip is available.
