Description
The CALLIOPE mini is a micro-controller, which is used as an educational medium for children starting from the third class, generally under the supervision of adults. The CALLIOPE mini shows that all can code and that too with a lot of fun. It's easy to get started, so that children, teachers and parents can get started without any prior knowledge. From the first self-programmed flashing through self-propelled robots to wirelessly communicating with CALLIOPE mini-warms: With a few clicks, you can create your own programs for the microprocessor on a connected computer, which bring the CALLIOPE mini to life.
THE CALLIOPE MINI Along with 25 red as well as an RGB-LED and two programmable buttons, the board contains a combined position sensor with motion sensor and compass as well as a radio module, with which the CALLIOPE mini can communicate with other CALLIOPE mini. The board can be programmed via laptop or computer via free editors, e.g. Open Roberta Lab from the Fraunhofer Society. You can also transfer self-created programs wirelessly via APP. The board comes with five pre-installed start programs – and 25 others on the flash memory – which are explained in a small booklet and under Calliope.cc/start. In addition, battery holder with high-quality batteries and a USB cable are included in the delivery for the connection to the computer.
CALLIOPE MINI starter BOX The scope of delivery of the CALLIOPE mini starter box consists of a board itself along with accessories: - Battery holder with batteries - USB cable - Booklet for the first computer-independent applications and one with programming examples - Rubber strap (to secure the battery compartment) - Stickers.
Plug in and measure air quality! The CALLIOPE mini CO2 sensor-SCD40 turns the CALLIOPE mini into a CO2 traffic light. Simply connect and measure the CO2 content, temperature and humidity. The SCD40 sensor can be easily programmed in MakeCode.
