Rigol supplies the model DS1054Z in full equipment. All measurement functions are already enabled. The displayed waveforms can be saved directly to an optional USB stick via the USB host on the front panel or transferred to a computer via the USB socket on the rear panel.
The large 17.78 cm TFT color monitor reliably displays all details.
The sampling rate is 500 MSa/s per channel and is bundled in single channel mode, so that a sampling rate of up to 1 GSa/s is achieved.
UltraVision technology enables the intensity-dependent display of overlapping signal areas and a memory depth of 24 Mpts for a detailed signal display.
These features make the DS1054Z an exceptional instrument that can adapt to your measurement needs.
The optional special functions such as memory expansion, serial bus trigger and decoder, extended trigger kit or real-time recording are now included in the free BND-MSO/DS1000Z bundle - The BND-MSO/DS1000Z bundle contains the options:
SA-DS1000Z (Decoding and Trigger Tools for the serial buses RS232/UART, I2C and SPI)

The latest drivers and software versions can be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website.
