Drilling tools with cross-grinding for industrial applications Fully ground, right-rotating versions, which generate precise drill holes thanks to their high concentricity and exact centering. Twist drill bits offer PFERD in the STEEL (118° tip angle) and INOX (135° tip angle) versions. High performance drilling tools in the INOX model in HSSE-Co5 (M35) for industrial applications. Application recommendations
Observe the recommended speeds.
If possible, use high-quality cutting oil or cooling lubricant when drilling metals. This promotes smooth running and extends the lifetime of the drill. Exception: Apply petroleum instead of cutting oil when machining aluminum.
To prevent corrosion, remove the particles from the workpiece when machining stainless steel (INOX). Clean the workpiece chemically or mechanically (etching/polishing, etc.).
