Metcal PCT-100 Heating element 450 W

Description

The heater PCT-100 focuses the hot air on the position where the component to be reworked is located on the circuit board. It increases speed and efficiency in thermally demanding applications, including lead-free processes. Can be used for SMT and through-hole mounting, it warms up the PCB using hot air, improving soldered joints, process control and productivity. The underheating PCT-100 increases the heat volume without pushing the temperature values too high. This means that mounting can take place at an appropriate peak temperature without damaging the printed circuit board.
