Valve 5404 is a servo-controlled piston valve and is available as NC and NO versions. A minimum differential pressure is required to switch the valve. The solenoid coils are repressed with high-quality epoxy resin. In order to reduce the electrical power consumption during operation coils with integrated "kick and drop" (KD) electronics are available in double coil technology. In conjunction with a DIN EN 175301-803 Form A plug, the valves meet protection class IP65. The device socket is not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately.
The kv factor indicates the volume flow through a valve, measured in litres/min at 1 bar and at a water temperature between 5 and 30°C. The QNn factor indicates the gas volume flow, measured in litres/min
