Description
The DYNAMIXEL XD540 series has a power, similar to the MX106, but that volume has been reduced by 28.4%. The Dynamix X-Series, is currently the latest network servo-motors series, by ROBOTIS. The XH540-V150-R servo motor has a contact-less magnetic encoder, enabling 360° rotations with a speed of up to 60 RPM. A torque of up to 6.4 Nm is possible with a voltage of up to 24 V. These outstanding performance characteristics combined with extremely low weight of only 165 g result in a very powerful servo motor for the universal application area. The Dynamic X series can be screwed together in different ways. When using mounting profiles, however, please take note that the spacers included in the delivery are used.
Cable duct
Beyond that the cable routing was fundamentally revised with the Dynamic X-series, whereby a still higher reliability was achieved. The cables are no longer connected to the rear of the servo motor as is usual in the AX/MX series, but are guided past the pivot and pivot points, thus reducing the cable strain and minimizing exposed cables.
Difference to XH series
The XD-series is an improved version of the XH-series with a longer life.
The life span has more than doubled, while the control tables are identical, WAS it makes Ideal for those who build durable industrial robots.
For users (especially system integrators) who want a longer product life than the existing DYNAMIXELs, we clearly recommend the XD series.
