The SMX1500SLT SmartPro 230V 1.5kVA 900W, line-interactive sine wave UPS provides battery backup and protection against AC, power failures, voltage spikes, and line noise that can damage electronics or destroy data. The SMX1500SLT has eight C13 sockets and a C14 input to which a user-supplied power cord can be connected. The internal battery provides 20 minutes of support at half load and eight minutes at full load. The LEDs on the front panel indicate power, voltage control, load level, and battery status. An alarm sounds to indicate a power failure or overload.
The automatic voltage control (AVR) maintains the selectable nominal output of 220 V, 230 V or 240 V over an input range of 174 V - 266 V (220 V), 182 V - 278 V (230 V) or 190 V - 290 V (240 V) without battery current. EMI/RFI noise filtering improves the performance of your equipment and prevents damage. An overvoltage protection output of 350 Joules protects your device against harmful surges. With Tripp Lite's PowerAlert® software, which can be downloaded, the SMX1500SLT allows you to safely shut down the system unattended and save files in the event of a long power outage. Adding an optional network management card allows remote management of the UPS.
