Description
Opening electrical enclosures for thermographic inspections and visual inspections of components during operation is dangerous as personnel may be exposed to life-threatening arcing. To increase safety, an infrared window from FLIR can now be installed as a protective shield between people and the live equipment. This means that employees are better protected and control cabinets no longer need to be opened.
Simple installation
The FLIR IR inspection windows can be installed easily and safely due to the same dimensions as standard pipes:
Only one hole required for each window
Only one simple PIRma-Lock™ ring must be tightened
