Description
The multifunctional panel (component of the entire mTRON T system) has the following connection options: 1x Ethernet (RJ45), 1x System Bus In (RJ45), 1x System Bus Out (RJ45), 2x USB host, 1x RS232 Modbus RTU and registration function. The panel is designed for a power supply of DC 24 V +25/-20%. The TFT touch screen is used for easy and clear data visualization, operation, configuration and parameterization of the system. The TFT color screen has a screen size of 21.3 cm (8.4"), a resolution of 640 × 480 pixels, 256 colors and LED-background lighting. As a human-machine interface, the panel provides an optimum and orderly view of the process states and the parameters of the system. It also enables the display and operation of control screens and process screens of the program editor and the optional registration function. Setpoints, batch texts, parameters and configuration data can be entered and changed by the user directly on the screen. The process data transmitted via the system bus is displayed in real time. Data archiving and evaluation is made possible using tried and tested PC programs. In addition to the standard interfaces (LAN, USB), two serial interfaces are optionally available to which a bar code scanner, a modem or other Modbus devices (Master, slave) can be connected. An optional setup program allows the user to conveniently configure the multifunctional panel.
