Description
The sensor consists of a cylindrical, nickel-plated metal body with M18 thread and 2 flat nuts. The cable outlet is located opposite the front surface. The yellow light-emitting diode is at the side and is lit when the device is damped. A high-frequency electromagnetic field is generated in the oscillator, which escapes through the front surface of the sensor. It forms a spatial area above the active surface, which is known as an active switching zone. If an electrically conductive material enters the field, energy is withdrawn from the oscillator. This attenuates vibrations to the extent that they are exposed to or exposed to a large extent. If the conductive material is removed from the active zone, the oscillator can oscillate at full amplitude again. These two states can be evaluated electronically with the DRAW-E16. The sensor contains as essential components: 1. An oscillator (LC oscillating circuit) , 2. Rectifier screening, 3. Clip amplifier , 4. Power amplifier.
