Battery operation in case of power failure
The water detector SHT 5000 - 24V is a powerful multifunctional device for monitoring cellars, ships, trucks, mobile plants and much more. One water sensor or float switch per input can be connected to the device, or several can be connected in parallel. For loud alarms, a signal transmitter is installed which can be switched on or off for each input. Four LEDs indicate the alarm status of the water sensors. In addition, there are two setting options for each input. On the one hand, the triggered alarm can be stored and acknowledged by pressing a key. On the other hand, the alarm can be automatically deleted again if the water level falls below the water level.
Battery operation in the event of a power failure:
A 9 V block battery is fitted with the "battery operation" option for the water detector. In the event of a brief power failure, an acoustic alarm is triggered and an emergency power control circuit, for example, is switched via the relay.
Use with non-conductive liquids:
You can also use the SHT 5000 water detector with other liquids that are non-conductive or have hazardous properties. Simply combine the SHT 5000 with float switches.
