The DuoHM cavity plug covers all current building material thicknesses of 9.5 - 30 mm, with just one length. Through the new and unique combination of polyamide and metal, the DuoHM enables high loads and maximum flexibility in board materials. The metal sleeve folds behind the building material and presses on the back side of the plate, the plastic plug expands in the plate. The DuoHM is assembled quickly and easily using the cordless screwdriver without the need for additional set tools. This reduces the assembly time up to 50% as compared to the conventional plate dowels. Due to the metric internal thread the mounting part can be screwed in several times and released again. Along with the accompanying screw, the DuoHM can also be used with other metric screws. The anti-rotation device made of polyamide protects the surface of the building material against damage. Due to the small edge of the dowel, the plug behind the mounting part is no longer visible.

Function / assembly
The DuoHM is suitable for board thicknesses from 9.5 to 30mm.
The DuoHM is pre-mounted, i.e. the screw is mounted directly through the attachment.
The metal sleeve folds behind the building material and presses on the back side of the plate, the plastic dowel expands in the building material.
The assembly is only correct once the tightening torque is clearly noticeable and the metal sleeve has been fully pressed against the plate.
Due to the metric internal thread the mounting part can be fastened multiple times and released again.
