The OAK-SOM Pro S3 has a quad-core ARM CPU and the Robotics Vision Core 3. The dimensions and pin assignment are the same as for the OAK-SOM Pro, so it can be easily installed in OAK cameras. It is perfectly suited for use in industrial automation, robotics and security systems. The OAK-SOM Pro S3 was developed primarily for evaluation and backward compatibility. The OAK-SOM Max is recommended for new products.
