These cameras are specially developed for use with the Nvidia JETSON DEVELOPMENT KIT. The 8MP IMX219 cameras with various attachments are used here to cover as many requirements as possible with regard to autofocus, wide angle, low distortion etc. with the cameras. The ArduCam team has released this high-quality camera module for Jetson Nano/ Xavier NX/ Raspberry Pi Compute Module CM4, CM3. This is an IMX477 camera board with 3 hole spacing and a 6mm CS lens. Even if the IMX477 4-lane is supported in the hardware, the 4-lane camera driver requires adjustments. The standard Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano/ Xavier NX do not have a 4-lane connection, only 2-lane CSI connections. The Raspberry Pi Compute Module and some Jetson Carrier Boards have 4-Lane hardware support. In addition to the physical requirements of a 4-lane connection, additional measures must be taken, such as the consideration of the number of camera drivers. The drivers are limited in themselves due to the performance of the platform. The Jetson Nano is also restricted due to the coding possibilities. The camera has a 1/2.3" IMX477-sensor with 12.3 megapixels. At a maximum resolution of 4056 (H) x 3040 (V), sharp images are thus produced. This high-quality module has a 4-lane MIPI CSI interface, so more data can be transmitted. Platforms such as: Jetson Nano A02&B01 models, Jetson Xavier NX, but also Raspberry Pi Zero and Compute Module.
