The casing of the mounting frame is made almost entirely of metal, which is known for its efficient heat dissipation. In addition, a loud fan is dispensed with, because the 3.5" hard disk is still well cooled. The rubber padding inside the housing also ensures good noise insulation.
To offer a lot
The SATA III connector (compatible with SATA I, II and III) is a so-called NSS connector (non-scratch SATA). Up to 50,000 hard disk changes are thus possible without problems. A lock ensures that unauthorized persons cannot access the hard disk.
