The SERICO is hotter than a classic oven at 400°C. In combination with the wood-burning pizza stone, which absorbs the moisture of the dough in contrast to the baking tray, your pizza is baked super-fast and gets a crispy-crooked floor without drying the lining.

Automatic programs for different pizza types
Select the desired pizza variety from Neapolitan pizza, American pizza or stone oven pizza on the display and the SERICO pizza oven automatically sets the ideal combination of temperature and baking time.

The SERICO offers even more accessories so you can use them in a variety of ways. The cast grilling plate allows you to roast steaks. With the frying basket you can use the SERICO as a hot air fryer. With classic baking tray or rust, you can use it like a small-size oven for pastries or bread.
