A small lever pressure is sufficient to continuously align the clamped workpiece in any convenient working position. The individual adjustment of the working height offers an ergonomic position while the work is standing (such as drilling, sawing, grinding, milling, cutting etc.). The exchangeable clamping jaws of the ball joint vice are 50 mm plastic jaws for the small vice and 100 mm steel jaws for the large vice. We offer protective jaws for clamping scratch-sensitive workpieces in felt, leather, cork and rubber surfaces. Soft jaws with aluminum prisms are suitable for pipe clamping, all jaw jaws are available in the jaw widths of 50 - 150 mm. The vice-attachment for clamping is suitable for work benches with a maximum table plate thickness of up to 80 mm. The vice-fixing for screwing can be connected with workbenches, tables and base plates via the four 9 mm through holes. The high performance magnets offer individual fitting, which can also be changed quickly.
The Bernstein ball joint vice has a continuously adjustable joint head that can be rotated by 360° and tilted +/- 45°. The bench top can be tilted in any direction, allowing you to work on the table above or in front of it. With a simple lever movement, the vice head is released in the cone pan, individually aligned and re-tightened. Without any locking, the ball-clamping offers an extremely strong hold.
