The robust stainless steel thermometer is permanently installed and is suitable for the additional equipment of the pizza oven, for the self-made stone or wood oven as well as as as a spare part. The thermometer has a mounting edge and is inserted into a pre-drilled hole (ø 60 mm) and fixed to the outside of the oven or grill using three screw holes. So you can always keep an eye on the temperature scale protected from a glass cover. The 150 cm long, flexible metal probe with the sensor element is guided into the cooking room. The analogue device measures temperatures from 0 to +500°C and is especially suitable for use in wood, stone or bread ovens, in pizza ovens, grills or smokers.
