The CFX730 CFast card from Transcend is equipped with a 112-layer 3D NAND flash and a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and is characterized by high transfer speeds and high capacities as well as plug-and-play comfort. The CFX730 can be operated in a stable manner at temperatures from -5°C to 70°C. A model for wide temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C) can be supplied on request. The CFX730 is equipped with SLC mode technology, which increases flash endurance to 100,000 P/E cycles and offers sustained writing speed that is suitable for write-intensive devices.
