Description
The 2600B series of SourceMeter SMU instruments are the industry's leading power/voltage source and measurement solutions based on Keithley's third generation SMU technology. The 2600B series offers one and two channel models that combine the functions of a precision power supply, a true power source, a 6½-digit DMM, an arbitrary signal generator, a pulse generator and an electronic load in a single, fixed integrated device. The result is a powerful solution that significantly increases productivity in applications from I-U characterization on the test bench to highly automated production testing. The built-in web browser-based software allows I-V testing from any computer anywhere in the world. Or use your Android smart device to perform Plug & Play I-V tests with fingertip control with the Keithley Ivy application. For automated system applications, the 2600B series test script processor (TSP®) runs complete test programs within the device, providing the industry's highest throughput. For larger, multi-channel applications, Keithley's TSP-LINK® technology works with TSP technology to allow parallel high-speed testing with SMUs per pin. Because the SourceMeter 2600B SMU instruments have fully isolated channels that do not require a mainframe, they can be easily reconfigured and redeployed as your test applications evolve.
