Description
The 3762 switches voltages up to 1000 V peak or currents up to 0.5 A. The current rating of each relay contact is 1 A. Two-pole relays switch both the HI and LO circuits for fully ungrounded measurements. A common guard input for all channels is used for shielding or as guard, which is controlled by a single device. The protective circuits can be insulated by removing the resistors installed on each input. Several switched guard circuits can be implemented by removing the bridge and connecting the guard circuit to the LO input terminal. The 3760 is not connected to the 6 shared buses on the 3706A backplane. A daisy chain of cards can be achieved by using an output channel.
