In industry and mechanical engineering, drive belts are indispensable. The maximum service life of a drive belt depends on the optimum belt tension. A failure of an engine caused by belt damage can result in significant costs. Regular checking of the belt tension is therefore essential to prevent engine and belt damage. The belt tension of drive belts can be measured quickly and reliably with the digital belt tension meter. This pre-tension meter is used for the particularly effective testing of belt systems through frequency measurement.

The belt tension meter is an optically measuring maintenance tool for determining the belt tension. This pre-tension meter consists of a display unit and a sensor head.
