Description

Durometer for measuring the shore hardness D of, for example Hard rubber, thermoplastics / accuracy ±2 Hardness - Grade / resolution of 0.5 Hardness - Grade / with hold function The Durometer is a compact device for hardness testing of Shore D, which is suitable for harder materials (e.g. Hard rubber, thermoplastics) and is used. A 30° cone and a contact force of 50 Newton are used as the penetration body. The samples should not be less than a minimum thickness of 6 mm. If the sample is thinner, the sample should be reinforced with another sample of the same material on the back to increase the thickness.
