Compatible with school-specific software solutions, such as B. Vernier ® or LabQuest ®. Thanks TO THE Kern school protocol, weighing data can be transferred to a PC, laptop etc. for evaluation and visualization via the USB data interface. Industrial 4.0: The integrated Kern universal port (KUP) permits the connection of external KUP interface adapter, such as B. RS-232, USB, Bluetooth, WLAN or Ethernet. The outstanding advantage here is that the KUP interface adapters are simply plugged in, i.e. h. Retrofitting of interfaces is possible comfortably without opening the scale housing or complicated installation. The interface adapters enable easy transfer of weighing data to networks, PCs, smartphones, tablets, laptops, Printers etc. Moreover, control commands and data inputs can also be sent to the scales via the connected devices. Tip: With the extension box Kern YKUP-13 up to three KUP interface adapters can be operated in parallel on the scale. Kern communication protocol (KCP): The KCP allows the querying and remote control of the scale via external control devices or computers. Uniform, simplified operating philosophy, PRE-TARE function for manual pre-deduction of a known container weight, useful for filling quantity controls. The recipe function can be used to weigh various components of a mixture. The total weight of all components can be called up for inspection. Weighing with tolerance range (check-weighing): An optical signal supports portioning, dosing or sorting, freely programmable weighing unit, e.g. B. Display directly in thread length g/m, paper weight g/m², etc. A special anti-shock system between the weighing plate and the load cell reduces vibrations during weighing and thus ensures faster and safer weighing results. A safety cover is included in the scope of delivery.
