The 28 cm pan body is made of durable, 90% recycled stainless steel and can be used on all types of cooker, including induction. The pan is equipped with a plastic-free, non-stick Ceratec™ ceramic coating, which is easy to clean and dishwasher-proof. The Functional Form Wok has a 3-layer base for optimum heating and even roasting, as well as a handle that remains cool and is therefore easy to grip. The wok has a maximum roasting temperature of 270 ºC and is up to 150 ºC oven-proof for recipes where the pan has to be pushed into the oven, WAS allows a seamless cooking process. Made in Finland in the ISO 14001 certified Fiskars factory.
