Sharpen your knives quickly and easily with a traditional whet steel. With five to six simple passes on both sides, your knife should remain perfectly sharp and work like new.
Maintain a constant angle of 15–20° for each pass – start the continuity at the blade's handle and guide the blade along the whet steel to the tip. After sharpening, wash and dry your knives with a cloth. The robust whet steel is suitable for re-sharpening blunt knives and the ergonomic grip lies comfortably and securely in the hand. Like all Functional Form™ knives and tools, this whet steel is also dishwasher-proof for easy, daily cleaning. Designed in Finland.
