Description
The die-cast zinc bracket is specially designed for cutting steel according to DIN EN 22568 (DIN 223) and GSR guidance. Depending on the diameter, it offers four or five browned mounting screws with 90° tips for precise centering in the cutting iron. The holder body made of fine die-cast zinc according to DIN 1743 provides for a high stability and long life, while the improved geometry makes it 120% more durable than comparable holders.
The bars are made of robust machine steel and have a knurled nut to ensure optimum grip during working. The retaining screws are also browned and knurled to securely fix the cutting iron and ensure a reliable application. The zinc die-cast body from Zamak 5 is coated with an environmentally friendly powder coating which provides additional protection.
The die stock is delivered in an environment-friendly brown folding carton and is designed for the safe keeping of round dies according to DIN EN 22568 (DIN 223). Thanks to its well thought-out design and high-quality materials, it offers excellent performance and easy handling in daily use.
