The radio module Ei600MRF for use in battery-operated smoke and heat detectors is used to set up a wireless network for synchronized alarm throughout the house.
Upon detection of a fire event, all wireless warning devices within the radio system will be alerted - even across different floors and rooms.
Children and elderly persons in particular are at particular risk in the event of a fire. The synchronized forwarding of alarm allows the radio module to securely alert all networked detectors in the radio group and thus to warn people who cannot save themselves.
To commission the Ei600MRF, the radio module is installed at the rear of a warning device. All radio-networked devices can be automatically connected to each other using the programming function. Thereafter, the extended functions of the warning device accessories can be used without any problem.
Please note that the battery is installed permanently in this device and cannot be replaced.
