Description

The FOM 330 BT radio oil quality measuring device has the same properties as the FOM 330-4 oil quality measuring device. But it can do a lot more. The FOM 330 BT has a data storage for up to 200 measurements. This allows measurements in several deep fryer containers to be made directly after another. The measured values are stored and can then be transferred to the PC at once – no manual writing is necessary any more!

Contrary to the standard device the FOM 330 BT has a battery, which can be charged either via USB-C interface or wirelessly. The latter requires a device that complies with the QI standard.

Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, the device can wirelessly transfer the data, for example, to a APP on a mobile device. From there, the measurement data is usually forwarded to a cloud-based HACCP software, where they are stored and analyzed.
