Description

Zirkon-fan grinding disc with a maximum ablation rate on steel and optimal results on stainless steel with a relatively high service life.
Suitable for machines: This fan-type grinding disc (blade) is suitable for angle grinders of all power classes. Material suitability: The RHODIUS fan grinding disc LSZ FB was specifically developed for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301) steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The disc scores here with a very high service life and continuous aggressive abrasion. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can work with high contact pressure.
The LSZ FB uses a high-quality zirconium oxide as a grinding grain. All RHODIUS lamellas are also free of iron and sulfur.
The lamellas are tapered on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling.
