Hobbywing wants to set new standards with the EzRun 4990 SD G2 motor. The elegant and attractive design meets unconventional dimensions and the new sensor cable. The power of this 8S sensor-controlled motor made of high-hardened CNC aluminum and durable rotor should not be underestimated under any circumstances, because it is known for its dynamics and dominance. And with the linear feeling even at low speeds the most different maneuvers can be operated smoothly.
Even with the connections the EZRun 4990 SD G2 does not show any weaknesses. So if you cannot start with the 6.5 mm connections, then there are additional 8 mm attachments enclosed, so that the motor also fits e.g. to the Max5 G2 controller. The sensor cable is also designed in such a way that when used correctly, it is waterproof and above all fixed. Even if the entire motor provides protection against water and dust according to IP67 standard, something can always happen of course. In this case, the purely modular design of the motor allows quick and easy maintenance.
