Machine suitability: The Rhodius sanding belt ESB KK is a flexible continuous grinding belt for use with a hand-held belt sander. Material suitability: It has been specially developed for the machining of stainless steel (VA-steel, Inox), e.g. 1.4301 (X5CrNi18-10 or 304) as well as steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The user achieves very good results on all the materials listed here. Construction and production: An X-fabric is used as a base here. This tape is covered with aluminum oxide. The grain is particularly dense. 3 full-surface fabric layers ensure greater safety. Quality: With the ESB KK, the user receives a tool that meets the high quality requirements in industry and trade. To work even more economically, a Rhodius sanding belt of the quality line TOP is recommended. Application: The quality grinding belts from Rhodius are particularly suitable for edge grinding. They are the first choice if stainless or acid-resistant steel, if high-strength or high-alloy sheet metal, if tool steel or hardened steel has to be machined.
