Description

Suitable for machines: This fan-type grinding disc (disc) is suitable for angle grinders of all power classes, including weak drives and battery machines. Material suitability: The Rhodius fan grinding disc LSZ F2 has been specifically developed for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The cutting power of the disc is very high. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can work with Hohem contact pressure.With LSZ F2 a high-quality zirconium oxide is used as grinding grain. All Rhodius-lamellae are also free of iron and sulfur. The lamellas are conical on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 10° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling. Application: This quality tool is perfect for universal use. Dimensions: The fan grinding disc is available in diameters from 100 mm to 180 mm and, depending on the version, with FEPA grain sizes of 40, 60 and 80.
