Description

Machine suitability: The Rhodius SR15 is a grinding wheel (form 1) for use on the straight grinder, on machines with flexible shaft drive or on the compressed air grinder with clamping bolt ASB XT. Material suitability: The tool was specifically developed for machining steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. This grinding wheel is perfectly suitable for chamfering, for egalising welds in order to plaster castings, as well as breaking edges and deburring the edges. Construction and production: The grinding wheel is manufactured in accordance with EN 12413 and is safety tested and is OSA certified. It contains high-quality grinding grain (aluminum oxide known as corundum) and specially tuned phenolic resin as well as an armoring made of three full-surface glass fiber fabric layers. This grinding wheel far exceeds the legally required side load of 290 N. Quality: The user receives with the grinding wheel SR15 a tool that meets the high quality requirements in industry and trade. Application: The SR15 impresses with a very high machining power at high life span. The spark flight is also very low. Dimensions: The SR15 grinding wheel is available with a diameter of 50 mm. Branches: This grinding wheel is preferred in the locksmith's shop, in steel construction, in yards, in container and plant construction, in piping construction but also on assembly.
