Material suitability: The Rhodius fan grinding disc Vision SPEED X-LOCK was specifically developed for the machining of stainless steel (e.g. V2A, 1.4301), steel (black steel also called structural steel, St37, S235JR, 1.0037 or carbon steel) and cast steel. The disc scores here with a very high service life and continuous aggressive abrasion. Construction and production: The disc is manufactured in accordance with EN 13743 and has been tested for safety and is also OSA certified. It has a glass fiber backing plate. The user can apply Hohem pressure.With Vision SPEED X-LOCK, a high-quality ceramic grain (sintered corundum) is used as a grinding grain. This is self-sharpening. All Rhodius-lamellae are also free of iron and sulfur. The lamellas are conical on this disc. The conical arrangement of the lamellas of 12° improves the ergonomics during grinding and thus facilitates the handling.
