Fiberlogic ESD filament is designed to protect electronic components that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. The material has a high capacity for energy dispersion and antistatic properties with respect to energy from discharges, thus avoiding damage and significantly reducing the risk of damage to the electronics.
The destructive nature of electrostatic discharges leads to high costs associated with the maintenance, repair and replacement of vulnerable components carried by companies that manufacture and use electronics under ESD-effective conditions. Use a 0.6mm nozzle
The filament structure is not smooth due to nanoparticles. The presence of thickening is natural, but does not affect the correct diameter of the filament within the specified range. Due to the possibility of accumulation of nanoparticles we recommend the use of a 0.6 mm nozzle. To prevent the nozzle from clogging, print at a higher temperature.
