The LUKAS SLTO fan-type grinding disc with zirconium oxide is ideal for use on hard and tough materials. Due to the self-sharpening effect of the zirconium oxide, combined with a high hardness and sharpness of the grinding grain, this tool achieves high deposits and a long service life especially on hard and tough materials such as stainless steel. Thanks to the multi-layered grinding coating, this tool is always so sharp as the first use. If the upper fins wear, the fresh abrasive surface of the underlying slats is exposed. In this way the tool has a long service life and a constant quality of work. The rectangular blades ensure a very good price-performance ratio and thus represent a price-conscious alternative to the roughing disk. The light, stable and elastic glass-fabric carrier of the tool makes an excellent surface result possible through its flexibility. The high fracture protection as well as low vibrations during work and easy handling make this tool perfect. Even at high speeds or working temperatures, the tool does not tear due to the high-quality resin system.
