With the Homematic IP access Point 2, you can enter the Smart home very comfortably. Through the intuitive Homematic IP APP all the devices of the system can be set up, controlled and extended centrally. The communication is done securely via the Homematic IP cloud.
Installation
The Access Point is simply connected to the router via a network cable and supplied with power via the accompanying plug-in power supply. It can either be placed horizontally on a level surface or attached to the wall to save space - the suitable mounting material is already included in the delivery. The commissioning takes place conveniently in a few steps via the Homematic IP APP: Just connect the device, scan the QR code, and the setup starts automatically.
Setting
Set up your Smart home in no time at all with the free Homematic IP APP. All other Homematic IP products are intuitively trained and can be configured individually. Up to 15 users can access a single system. Even several installations, such as in the holiday home, can be controlled comfortably via the APP. The Homematic IP roller shutter actuator – flush-mounted is a part of the Homematic IP Smart home system and enables automated control of roller shutters and marquees via all standard tube motors.
For this, the small actuator is mounted in the flush-mounted socket and wired with the available tubular motor. After commissioning, individual weekly profiles can be defined depending on the sunrise and sunset. For example, the shutter is opened on working days after sunrise, but not before 06:30 a.m. In addition, a lock-out, storm and heat protection is possible in combination with the Homematic IP APP and other components.
First installed, the shadow dispenser can be operated via Homematic IP APP, with the help of Homematic IP remote control or classically via two buttons, which can be connected with screwless terminals.
