Description

The GPP-1000-series is a highly precise programmable DC power supply with a voltage resolution of up to 1 mV / 0.1 mV and three current resolution stages with a maximum resolution of 1 μA / 0.1 μA for highest accuracy during precision tests. The device supports both the constant voltage (CV) as well as the constant current mode (CC) and has a switchable power supply as well as an electronic load function, as a result of which it is suitable for a large number of testing environments.
