This is the new Arduino compatible Uno R3 DIP from Joy-IT. In addition to all features of the previous board, the Uno now uses an ATMega16U2 instead of the Atmega8U2 chip. This enables faster transfer rates and the use of more memory. No drivers are required for Linux or Mac (inf file for Windows containing Arduino IDE).
Arduino is an open source physical computing platform based on a simple I / O board and a development environment that implements the processing / wiring language. The Arduino can be used to develop standalone interactive objects or can be connected to software on your computer (e.g. Flash, Processing, MaxMSP). The Open Source IDE can be downloaded free of charge (currently for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux).
The controller uses the DIP MEGA328P chip and has A6 / A7 connectors.
The Uno R3 DIP also has SDA and SCL pins in addition to the AREF. There are also two new PINs, which are located near the reset pin. One of them is the IOREF, which can adjust the voltage on the board.
