Product description

Description

Stationary PQ measurement system in Class A as DIN rail mounting. The LINAX PQ5000 combines the properties of a normative PQ meter with power and power state analysis functions. The modern, multi-lingual design permits the device to operate or parameterise intuitively via the device website or the optional high-resolution color TFT display. The integrated web server enables remote query, display and analysis of the measured data. No additional software is required. . Power quality analysis The equipment enables a permanent evaluation of the power quality according to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed. 3 in class A. The recorded PQ events (voltage drop, voltage surge, voltage cut, RVC, current surge and frequency change, homoppolar voltage) serve both to prove that disturbances have occurred and to search for the source of interference in order to increase the security of supply. The statistical voltage and current values can be used to verify compliance with supply contracts or internal specifications. The evaluation according to EN 50160, IEC 61000-2-2/4/12, IEEE 519, GB/T or self-defined limits can be made after measurement and appropriate reports of conformity can be created directly via the device website (PQEasy report). Independent certification according to IEC 62586-2 by the Federal Institute of Metrology METAS Support of the standardized, manufacturer-independent PQDIF format according to IEEE 1159.3 Adjustable event recording duration Event display via website with time-Zoom and value reading Energy flow analysis Power mean values with trend analysis for avoiding load peak load profile storage with variation bandwidth (min/max) per interval Active energy class (IEC 62053-22:2003) 0.2S, reactive energy class (IEC 62053-24:2014) 0.5S Other averages and counters with selectable base size. Configuration With TFT display, for DIN rail mounting Rogowski inputs, 50/60 Hz nominal voltage 100...230 V AC/DC Ethernet (Modbus/TCP) + RS485 (RTU) Modbus + REMAINDER-interface 1 digital input passive 2 digital outputs passive Without interruption-free power supply (UPS) Extension 1: Without extension 1 Extension 2: Without extension 2 Testing protocol English communication Ethernet (Modbus/TCP, http/https, NTP, SFTP, SYSLOG, REST API) Modbus/RTU Automated Data Export (CSV and PQDIF files) on SFTP server Cyber Security (OT) / Cyber Protection Role-based access authorization (RBAC) Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (https) Client Whitelist Audit Log [registration of all manipulations] Sys Log Secure firmware updates Data logger & Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Data Export PEN-Test Further features 4 Current and 4 voltage measurement channels with 0.1% accuracy Measurement category 600V, CAT III (voltage), 300V, CAT III (Current) Standard I/Os: 1 digital input, 2 digital outputs 16 GB data memory Sampling rate: 18kHz Monitoring and alarming via limit values and monitoring functions For DIN rail mounting Identical operation such as SINEAX® AM/DM series devices and CENTRAX® CU test protocol Included Data analysis The free PQdiffractor software from Electrotek Concepts can be downloaded via the link www.pqview.com/pqdiffractor/ (registration required). This software can be used to analyze the data from the PQDIF files, save it in CSV format or export it as a graphic. Digital network management With the SMARTCOLLECT® SC2 software a complete ecosystem for Power quality and Power monitoring can be built.
