Description

High-functional polyamide

Filament Spectrum PA6 NEAT BK is manufactured with LUVOCOM 3F PAHT 9936 BK. The filament quality has been thoroughly tested and is certified by Lehmann&Voss&Co KG.

Spectrum PA6 NEAT BK (manufactured with LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK) is a new, highly functional filament based on polyamide 6 in black. The main feature of PA6 Neat is its increased mechanical strength compared to other plastics. The material also has exceptional thermal properties, chemical resistance and relatively high corrosion resistance.

Spectrum PA6 NEAT BK (manufactured with LUVOCOM 3F PAHT 9936 BK) enables long-term (20.000h) operation at a temperature of 120 °C while maintaining sufficient mechanical properties. PA6 NEAT is characterized by a low processing shrinkage (0.3%) and a reduced moisture absorption coefficient (less than 0.3% 23°C/24h). The above properties make it an ideal filament for a professional user to create lasting printouts.

- Manufacture of gear wheels and slats, plain bearings, scrapers and guide rollers which operate in the long term at elevated temperatures of up to 120°C and up to 160°C at short notice

Information

From a technical point of view, the very attractive properties of Filament Spectrum PA6 Neat BK (manufactured with LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9936 BK) can be achieved if the basic rules for the storage of this type of material are observed (in a dry and dark place with humidity below 15%). To achieve the best possible parameters of the printed object, it is recommended to dry the material before starting work.

Requirements

Filament dryer;enclosed space recommended for larger prints.
