The PCAN-MicroMod FD Analog is a ready-to-use motherboard with the PCAN-MicroMod FD module which provides the peripherals for specific requirements. Spring-loaded terminal connectors are used to connect CAN, I/O and supply. The PCB PCAN-MicroMod FD Analog focuses on analog inputs and outputs that are equipped with appropriate protective circuits.
The PCAN-MicroMod FD is configured using the included Windows software. In addition to simple I/O mapping on CAN IDs, function blocks are also available for data processing. The configuration created on the computer is transferred via CAN bus to the PCAN-MicroMod FD, which then runs as an independent CAN node. Several modules can be configured independently on one CAN bus.
